The driveway has room for several cars. There is an electric vehicle charging point. The property has solar panels and an air source heat pump.
to be dipped before fishing.The fishing pond contains carp, F1's, bream, tench, roach and perch. There are two exclusive swims to fish on the near bank, and two on the far bank. A rod licence is required to fish (free for under 16's).
The wildlife pond and fishing pond are a haven for all kinds of birds, insects and amphibians. Ducks, moorhens and coots are daily visitors. Frogs, toads and common newts are inhabitants. Herons, kingfishers and terns are regular visitors to the fishing pond depending on the time of year. Grey squirrels can be seen most days and the occasional rabbit. Red kites and buzzards are often hovering above the garden and landing at the top of the pine trees. Roe deer can sometimes be seen in the field beoyond the fishing pond at dawn and dusk.
